Police identify victim in fatal crash

Provincial police have released the name of the man killed in a single-vehicle crash north of London.

The Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police were called to Medway Road east of Wonderland Road at 7:43 a.m. on Sunday, July 5 after an eastbound vehicle crossed the centre line and went off the road, hitting a hydro pole.

The man and woman in the car were both rushed to hospital. However, the man died of his injuries. He has been identified as Ronald Jacques, 60, of London. The woman, who was the passenger, is in hospital with serious injuries.
