A St. Thomas apartment building superintendent suffered minor injuries after an argument with a tenant turned physical.
The superintendent, a 63-year-old woman, was in the building's laundry room around 9 p.m. on Wednesday when she got into a dispute with a 41-year-old woman. As the argument became heated, the woman pushed the superintendent to the ground. She suffered minor injuries as a result.
The 41-year-old tenant was arrested by St. Thomas police without incident soon after.
She is now charged with one count of assault and has been released from police custody with a future court date.
