A 55-year-old London man is facing charges in connection with an indecent act committed in an east-end parking lot last month.
London police were called to the residential lot on Second Street, near Oxford Street after a man was spotted performing the act while seated inside a white Chevrolet Equinox on February 12. The vehicle was reportedly in the parking lot for roughly five minutes before it was seen heading northbound from the area.
The driver did not leave the vehicle or speak to anyone while parked in the lot, police said.
On Tuesday, police announced a 55-year-old man had been arrested and charged. He is scheduled to appear in court later in the day.
