Oxford OPP continue search for missing man

Provincial police in Oxford County are again appealing to the public for help finding a 31-year-old man who has been missing since the start of the month.

Thomas Rutherford hasn't been seen since 7 p.m. on December 3. He was reported missing to police from a home on Canterbury Street in Ingersoll five days later.

Rutherford is described as a white male, approximately 6'0" tall, 165 lbs, with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black and yellow Point Zero coat, a black Bench sweater, blue jeans, and AirWalk shoes.

Police stress all leads are being followed up on by the OPP Major Crime Unit and West Region Criminal Operations.

Anyone with information regarding Rutherford's whereabouts is asked to call the OPP immediately at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
