Knights shutout Erie

The London Knights have defeated the Erie Otters 4-0 in an away game on Sunday at Erie Insurance Arena.

The Knights came out strong in the second period with three goals. Antonio Stranges put London on the board at 3:52 in the second. Billy Moskal came in with another goal for the Knights with assists from Ryan Merkley and Matvey Guskov. Minutes after the second goal, Jonathan Gruden scored with help from Liam Foudy and Connor McMichael. Shortly after getting an assist, Foudy returned with a goal -- his 11th this season -- and Merkley earned another assist.

The Erie Otters were unable to make a come-back in the third period, giving the Knights yet another win. London has been on a hot streak as of late, now having won nine games in a row.

London goaltender Dylan Myskiw made 27 saves.

The Knights will return home to play the Windsor Spitfires at Budweiser Gardens on Friday.
