Knights defeat Bulldogs 7-3

The London Knights defeated the Hamilton Bulldogs 7-3 at the FirstOntario Centre on Saturday night.

London kicked off the game with a goal from Antonio Stranges at 3:27 into the first period. Connor McMichael scored two back-to-back power play goals to put the Knights in the lead by three. Ryan Humprey and Jan Jenik both scored power play goals for the Bulldogs to end the second period at 3-2.

Joanthan Gruden scored yet another powerplay goal for London 9:48 into the second period. Stranges scored his second goal of the game at 17:08 to end the period at 5-2.

Isaac Nurse scored the first goal of the third period for the Bulldogs. Gruden scored his second goal of the game followed closely by McMichael's third goal of the game putting the Knights in the lead by four.

The Knights will face off against the Ottawa 67's at Budweiser Gardens on Friday at 7 p.m.
