School bus fire in London considered suspicious

The damages are estimated at $60,000 after a full-sized school bus caught fire at a high school in London's north end over the weekend.

London police said they are treating the incident as suspicious, adding police and fire officials were called to the scene at A.B. Lucas Secondary School's parking lot at 656 Tennent Ave. at around 3:20 a.m. Sunday.

The bus was already on fire by the time officers arrived, but firefighters were able to safely extinguish the blaze.

The London Police Service's Street Crime Unit is currently investigating the incident and officers are asking anyone with information to come forward.
