Knights double the Attack 6-3

The London Knights extended their win streak to seven games after defeating the Owen Sound Attack 6-3 on Friday.

The Attack were quick to score in the first period, but Connor McMichael and Adam Boqvist each scored once to give London a 2-1 lead heading into the second. Nathan Dunkley and Matvey Guskov scored another two goals in the second frame to extend the Knights' lead to 4-1.

The Attack were able to cut London's lead to one point by scoring twice in the final period, but Alec Regula and Alex Formenton both scored in the final four minutes of the game to ensure London's lead for the win.

London goaltender Joseph Raaymakers made 25 saves out of 28 shots on net.

The Knights face off against the Spirit in Saginaw on Saturday at 7:05 p.m.
