A man is facing charges after a girl was sexually assaulted at the St. Thomas Library.
St. Thomas police said it happened last week and a suspect was arrested Tuesday. According to police, a 19-year-old man was at the library with a 14-year-old female friend.
It's alleged the man made several sexual advances toward her, which she declined. She told a parent about it and the parent called police.
After an investigation, the 19-year-old was arrested and charged with sexual assault. His name has not been released.
