One man is dead after a serious crash involving a cement truck north of London.
Middlesex OPP were called to the collision on Medway Rd., west of Richmond St. in Arva around 12:30 p.m. on Monday. According to police, it appears a westbound vehicle crossed over the centre line and collided with an eastbound cement truck.
The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle, Qinglin Ma, 53, of London, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck was not hurt.
Medway Rd. between Richmond St. and Wonderland Rd. was closed for several hours to allow technical collision investigators to probe the cause of the crash.
