A suspect has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault in an LTC bus shelter.
London police said during the evening of October 7, a 17-year-old girl was sexually assaulted as she waited for a bus on Oxford Street near Proudfoot Lane. Police said the man ran away after assaulting the victim, heading west on Oxford. Officers searched the area, but did not find the attacker.
On Tuesday, October 30, police arrested 32-year-old Trevor Kamhunga of London. He is charged with one count of sexual assault.
He was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
