Police Identify Purse Snatching Duo

Police say it happened on July 26 at a grocery store at 1030 Adelaide St. Two women came into the store, and while one of them distracted the victim, the other took her purse from her walker.

Video surveillance captured the above image of the suspects and police issued a news release on Tuesday morning asking the public to help them identify them. On Tuesday afternoon, police announced that they had identified two suspects and thanked the public for the help they received.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
