Lightning Strike Down Express 125-110

The Windsor Express fell 125-110 to the London Lightning at Budweiser Gardens on Wednesday.

The Lightning led Windsor 28-24 at the end of the first quarter, but the Express were hot on their tail in the second and went into halftime just two points behind.  London pushed back in the third to make it 88-80 and then distanced themselves from Windsor in the final frame to win with a 15-point advantage.

Royce White scored a game-high 31 points for London, while Mo Bolden had 18 points and seven rebounds. Doug Herring Jr. also put up 15 points and had seven rebounds as well.

Shaquille Keith led Windsor with 21 points and five rebounds, while Braylon Rayson managed to get 19 and nine assists. Sefton Barrett added another 16 points and four rebounds.

The Express will take on the Niagara River Lions on Thursday at 7pm. And on Sunday, the Lightning battle the Island Storm at 2pm in their final game of the regular season.
