Rangers Beat Knights 5-1

The London Knights dropped a 5-1 decision to the Kitchener Rangers at Budweiser Gardens on Thursday.

The Rangers scored a 2-0 advantage within the first eight minutes of the game, but Cole Tymkin scored for London to cut their lead in half after 10:53.  Kitchener countered with another goal in the final seconds of the frame to take a 3-1 advantage.

The Rangers scored an unanswered goal just after eight minutes into the second and another late in the third to cap off their win.

London goaltender Joseph Raaymakers made 27 saves out of 32 shots on net.

The Knights return to the ice on Friday to face off against the Hamilton Bulldogs. The puck drops at 7:30pm in London.
