A pellet gun has landed a 31-year-old man in some hot water with St. Thomas police.
A citizen spotted a man walking with what appeared to be a gun in his waistband in the area of Talbot St. and Alexandria St. around 1pm Wednesday. Officers quickly found the man and seized a pellet gun.
Investigators say the man was under a weapons ban.
An unidentified 31-year-old man is charged with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a weapon contrary to a probation order. The man, who was wanted on outstanding charges in London, has been turned over to London police.
