A 19-year-old man is in hospital after losing control of his off-road motorcycle.
Ontario Provincial Police in Norfolk County say the incident happened around 5:30pm Sunday. The Bayham, Ont. man was riding the motorcycle westbound along Fairground Rd near Houghton when he lost control of the bike and was ejected.
OPP, Norfolk County Fire and Rescue and EMS attended the scene. The man, who is not being identified, was airlifted to a London hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries.
Investigators say the man was not wearing a helmet.
The OPP's Techincal Collision Investigators were on scene trying to help piece together what happened.
Fairground Rd at Norfolk County Rd 28 was closed late Sunday night, but was reopened around 11:30pm.
