Environment Canada had issued a severe thunderstorm warning Saturday evening for London-Middlesex and Elgin. That warning has expired after isolated storms passed through.
Heavy rain and hail were reported in the area. Hundreds of London Hydro customers in south London are without power due to the storm. The utility says all customers should be back online soon after 4am Sunday.
