The province's Special Investigations Unit is investigating after a man suffered serious facial injuries during a raid in Toronto that involved London police officers.
The SIU says the London officers were assisting Toronto police in the executing of a search warrant at an apartment in the Jane St. and Shoreham Dr. area in Toronto.
A man, believed to be in his 60s, suffered a serious facial injury during the incident. He was taken to hospital.
The SIU investigates reports involving police where there has been death, serious injury or allegations of sexual assault.
