The male has been identified as Steven Matthews of Middlesex Centre.
A post-mortem has been scheduled for Saturday.
The incident happened at a pond north of London, near Medway Rd. in Arva.
Due to the constant rain and high water levels, residents are being urged to avoid waterways.
