Jerry Sherman, 34, of Tillsonburg died after the crash on 2nd Concession Rd. in Middleton.
Emergency crews were called just after 7am Sunday after Sherman's ATV went out of control, into a ditch, and rolled over. He was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police are still investigating.
