A Tillsonburg man is dead following an incident involving an all-terrain vehicle.
Ontario Provincial Police in Norfolk County say that the 34-year-old man was operating an ATV on 2nd Concession Rd. N in Middleton when he lost control, went into a ditch, and flipped over early Sunday morning. He was taken to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead by the attending physician.
The road was closed at Bell Mill Side Rd. for several hours Sunday so investigators could determine exactly what happened. The OPP's Technical Traffic Collision investigators are assisting.
The victim's name has not been released, pending notification of family.
The investigation is ongoing.
