Jo Speers, who also goes by the name Caroline, was last seen on Saturday around 3:45pm in the area of Commissioners Rd. E and Wellington Rd.
She was wearing a black striped poncho sweater, blue skinny jeans, and brown shoes with no socks.
Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
Anyone with information in relation to Jo's whereabouts is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670.
