Murder Suspects Arrested In London

Two suspects wanted for the murder of 26-year-old man in Windsor have been arrested.

Windsor police say Dustin Schuh and Melissa Luyten were arrested in London. They are facing charges of kidnapping, forcible confinement and murder.  Windsor police are travelling to London to pick up the suspects.

A third suspect, 38-year-old Daniel Shaw, is still at large.

Investigators say the 26-year-old male victim was found on October 19, in an apartment on Mill St. with his hand bound. He had been severely beaten, and was suffering from multiple stab wounds and cuts to his body.  He died over a week later.

The fourth suspect, 67-year-old Walter Smith, was arrested shortly after the assault and also faces charges of kidnapping, forcible confinement, and murder.
