No Charges In Crash Involving Teen Cyclist

Oxford OPP say no charges will be laid in a serious crash that has left a teen cyclist fighting for life in hospital.

Police say the collision happened just after 11am on Wednesday at Wellington St. and Concession St., near Memorial Park in Ingersoll.

A teen girl, had been riding her bicycle west on Concession St. when she was hit by a pick-up truck heading south on Wellington St.

The girl was rushed to hospital in critical condition. As of Thursday morning her condition is unchanged.

Police identified the girl, who's name has not been released, after making a plea to the public through the media.
