Cyclist Critically Injured

Provincial police in Oxford County say a teen girl is fighting for life in hospital after being hit by a pickup truck while riding her bike in Ingersoll.

OPP say the collision happened just after 11am on Wednesday on Wellington St. and Concession St. The girl was rushed to hospital with what police are calling "life-threatening injuries."

Officers had asked for the public's help in identifying the girl, but later said she had been identified and her family has been notified.
