No Charges Laid In Fatal Crash

Provincial police say no charges will be laid in a crash that claimed the life of a 30-year-old motorcyclist.

Paul D'Andrea from Thames Centre was killed when his motorcycle collided with a Jeep heading the opposite direction on Catherine Street in Dorchester on April 19.

D'Andrea was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 45-year-old female driver of the Jeep was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the crash was the result of a combination of speed and driver error.
