A Malahide Township man is facing charges after an investigation into decades-old sexual assaults.
Elgin County OPP David Russell McCallum, 69, is accused of committing sexual assaults that occured between 1961 and 1978 at several locations in Central Elgin.
Police haven't said how many victims there were, but did say they were all minors.
McCallum is charged with:
- Adult Rape under the Criminal Code.
- Adult Intercourse with a Female under 16 years of age under the Criminal Code.
- Adult Indecent Assault of a Female under the Criminal Code.
- Adult Common Assault under the Criminal Code.
