The Criminal Investigations Branch is probing the death of a 55-year-old man in Woodstock. Police were called by ambulance dispatch around 10:30 on Sunday morning. EMS had been dispatched to the area of Fyfe Ave. and Pavey St. in Woodstock. When they arrived they treated a 55-year-old man for an undisclosed reason. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead. Investigators say there are no concerns for public safety. The forensics unit and criminal investigations branch remain on scene.
