Man Arrested In Connection To Indecent Act

A 36-year-old Norfolk County man is now in police custody after OPP released pictures of a man who allegedly committed an indecent act inside a Simcoe sports store.

The OPP says on Saturday, May 30 a man entered the Boyko Source for Sports around 3:40pm, stopped at a clothing display and engaged in what is being described as an "indecent act."

He was interrupted by store employees and ran away, leaving the store on a dark coloured bicycle.

Around 12:30pm on Thursday, officers arrested 36-year-old Michael John Mead.

He is to appear in court at a later date to answer to the charges.
