A 57-year-old Norfolk County man is facing sex related charges following an incident at a Delhi motel.
OPP say officers were called on May 8 about a report of sexual assault.
On May 14, OPP arrested Darwin Cooper and charged him with sexual assault and sexual interference.
The Criminal Code of Canada defines sexual interference as "every person who, for a sexual purpose, touches, directly or indirectly, with a part of the body or with an object, any part of the body of a person under the age of 16 years."
Police have not released any other information.
Cooper will appear in a Simcoe court to answer to the charges.
