A London man is in custody after police say he committed indecent acts at a local public school and in the lobby of an apartment building.
Police were called around 1pm on Wednesday, March 4, when a lone male was seen in the hallway of Oakridge Secondary School committing an indecent act.
Staff and the school resource officer went looking for the man, but he was gone.
Around 3pm the same day, the same man was seen engaging in an indecent act alone in the hallway of an apartment building on Fiddlers Green Rd. Police were called, but the man was not found.
Additional investigation revealed the man had committed another indecent act in the same building around 2:50pm.
An adult male matching the description given to police was arrested in the area of Hyde Park Rd. and Oxford St. today. He faces three charges of committing an indecent act.
The man in custody has not been identified by police, but is described as a white male, 5'10" tall, weighing 154 lbs with short brown hair.
