The London man charged with murder in the deaths of his Warwick Township parents made his latest video appearance in Sarnia court Thursday.
27-year-old Jeremy Gubbels was remanded in custody until February 4 when he is scheduled to appear again by video from the Elgin Middlesex Detention Centre.
Gubbels is charged with two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of his parents, Susan and Mario Gubbels, last July.
Holding a preliminary hearing in either Lambton or Middlesex County is being discussed.
A preliminary hearing determines if there's sufficient evidence to send the matter to trial.
