Buffalo Bills & Rogers Terminate Toronto Series

After seven years of bringing live NFL play to Toronto, the Buffalo Bills and Rogers Communications have agreed to end their deal.

The Bills Toronto Series began in 2008 when the team became the first in the NFL to host a regular season game in Canada. Over the next six years the Bills played six regular season and two preseason games at Toronto's Rogers Centre.

“We greatly appreciate the support we’ve received over the past seven years from all of the tremendous people at Rogers Communications," says President Russ Brandon, in a statement posted on the Bills' website. "We will continue to work hard to solidify our footprint in Southern Ontario. Our fan base in this region remains extremely important to our organization and their support has been well documented.”
