Knights of Columbus Blessed Sacrament Council 1412's SPRING MEGASIZED FOOD DRIVE & FUNDRAISER benefiting The Salvation Army Chatham-Kent Ministries FOOD BANK's at 19 Raleigh Street, Chatham happening on Thursday April 3rd through Saturday April 5th at FOOD BASICS, Chatham and The Real Canadian Superstore, Chatham. The Knights, along with an "army of volunteers", will be greeting shoppers at the entrances of both Chatham Grocery giants, and sharing a GROCERY LIST of high priority food, and other needs, of family that the Food Bank serves. The Community is coming together to support the filling of the pantries of this amazing Chatham Food Bank. Volunteers from Community Living Chatham-Kent, Blessed Sacrament Parish on Victoria Ave., The Salvation Army Church on Orangewood Blvd., CONAGRA, Dresden, the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation, High School Students from Ursuline College Chatham and Chatham-Kent Secondary School working hand in hand to inspire donations of purchased grocery items, and cash, gift cards and cheque donations into the familiar SALVATION ARMY RED KETTLES enabled with Tap for debit donations (donations receipts for donations $20 and over).
