Canada's Katie Vincent has her second medal of the 2024 Olympic Games and it is gold.
Vincent finished the women's canoe single 200 metre in 44.12 seconds, just one one-hundredth of a second ahead of the silver medalist, Nevin Harrison of the United States.
Cuba's Yarisleidis Cirilo Duboys, the reigning world champion, finished third with a time of 44.36 seconds.
Vincent won a bronze medal on Friday in the women's canoe doubles 500 metre, with partner Sloan MacKenzie.
This was Canada's 25th medal at Paris 2024, a national record for a non-boycotted Summer Games.
