Rivals Set To Do Battle

The Leamington Flyers try to make it 13 straight wins tonight, as they travel to LaSalle.

Even though the Vipers sit 18 points back of the first-place Flyers, Leamington Head Coach Tony Piroski says the rivalry is still heated.

"LaSalle's picked up three or four players here in the last three weeks, which to me makes them one of the top teams in the league. I mean, they'll be a team that you'll have to beat if you want to try for a championship."

LaSalle's coming off an 11-2 win over St. Mary's and has won three of its last four games.

In Jr. C hockey action, Amherstburg's in Wallaceburg tonight, while Blenheim takes on Wheatley.
