Canada Drops Quarter-Final Game

Team Canada is the latest country to fall to the US in the FIBA U19 Women`s Championships.

The Canadian Squad took a tough 93-45 quarter-final loss to Team USA Friday afternoon.

Chatham`s Bridget Carleton had 4 points, going just 1 for 9 from the field. She added 3 boards and 3 steals.

The best Canada can finish now is fifth place, they play Belgium Saturday.
