An ongoing investigation has the Chatham-Kent Police Service (CKPS) asking the public to avoid Pine Street in Chatham.
A public advisory was issued just after 11:30 p.m. on Monday, stating that there is an increased police presence in the area near Park Avenue East and Queen Street.
Police say there is no threat to public safety, but residents and motorists are asked to avoid the area.
