Two 13-year-olds are facing multiple charges from two separate incidents in Chatham-Kent.
The first happened at around 1:40 p.m. on Sunday on John Street in Blenheim. Police were told that a teen had threatened to kill multiple people before breaking a phone by throwing it on the ground.
The teen was ultimately charged with uttering threats.
A few hours later, police were called to Bordeaux Place in Chatham regarding a potential break-and-enter. The homeowners told officers that a scooter had been taken from inside their garage.
The officers later found the scooter and arrested a teen they believe stole it.
They were charged with breaking and entering, theft under $5,000, and possession of property obtained by crime.
