A Wallaceburg woman suspected of deliberately setting a fire at a home in Wallaceburg two days before Christmas has been arrested and charged with arson.
Chatham-Kent police alleged the 63-year-old female suspect was seen on surveillance video when the fire began at a home on Brock Street in Wallaceburg on December 23.
Police noted the 62-year-old man who owns the home was not home at the time of the fire.
The accused woman was arrested at an address on Lorne Avenue in Wallaceburg on Tuesday and charged with arson.
