A Tilbury woman charged with first-degree murder has been released on bail.
Kimberly Price, 54, was granted bail in Chatham Superior Court on Tuesday and is now under house arrest and living with her surety, her cousin in Northern Ontario.
Price is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 55-year-old Henry Neudorf of Tilbury. Neudorf's body was discovered at the side of Townline Road, north of Maple Line in Dover Township on January 12, 2024.
Price's Superior Court trial will begin on November 9, 2026, and is expected to last three weeks.
David Trealout, another co-accused from Tilbury, has already pleaded guilty to killing Neudorf and will be sentenced on December 16.
Trealout, 35, was initially charged with first-degree murder in the death of Neudorf, but pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of second-degree murder in Chatham Superior Court on September 12.
The court previously heard Neudorf took in Trealout and his mother, Price, as roommates in Tilbury.
The third co-accused, 62-year-old Darin Noland, has been sentenced to time already served in jail and two years of probation. Noland also received a lifetime ban on weapons and was ordered to provide a DNA sample.
Noland was originally charged with first-degree murder, but pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of accessory after the fact to murder in September 2024.
Neudorf's family still doesn't know the motive behind the murder.
