Drunk Train Crash
A 19-year-old woman has been arrested and charged with impaired driving after a collision with a train in Chatham.
Chatham-Kent police alleged the woman failed two breath samples at police headquarters following the crash on Colborne Street in Chatham on Thursday, just after midnight.
According to police, the vehicle was found just off the rails after allegedly striking the train.
There were no injuries, and the train was halted because the locomotive was damaged.

Assault Arrest
Assault charges have been laid against a woman from Harwich Township following a domestic dispute at a home in Blenheim.
Chatham-Kent police alleged the 44-year-old woman threw multiple objects at a 30-year-old man from Blenheim during a heated argument on Friday, before assaulting him and damaging property.
The victim suffered minor injuries.
The accused left the residence before officers arrived, and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
The suspect turned herself in at police headquarters on Wednesday and was charged with assault, assault with a weapon, and mischief.
