Water restrictions have been "entirely" lifted in Chatham-Kent following repairs to the Chatham Water Treatment Plant.
The plant had electrical and backup generator problems in late September, and at the time, the municipality asked all customers to conserve indoor and outdoor water usage and eliminate outdoor water use.
Municipal officials announced on Wednesday afternoon that the water pressure has stabilized and the Chatham Water Treatment Plant is treating and distributing water at "full capacity."
