Budget deliberations in Chatham-Kent (CK) are set to begin soon, and decision-makers want to know what matters most to the public.
An online survey was recently launched by the municipality, allowing residents to share their thoughts on items they agree with or have concerns about. It will run until October 15.
A draft of the budget will officially be presented to CK's council on November 5. It will be available to the public at that time, with virtual open house sessions planned for November 19 and 20.
The third phase will include budget deliberations, which begin on November 25, followed by meetings on November 26 and 27.
