Tilbury killer to be sentenced earlier than anticipated

A Tilbury man who pleaded guilty earlier this month to killing an acquaintance will be sentenced in December.

David Trealout, 35, was initially charged with first-degree murder in the death of 55-year-old Henry Neudorf, but pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of second-degree murder in Chatham Superior Court on September 12, 2025.

Trealout will be sentenced on December 16, 2025. His sentencing was not expected to happen until early next year.

Neudorf's body was discovered at the side of Townline Road, north of Maple Line in Dover Township on January 12, 2024.

A publication ban prevents more information, including evidence, from being made public since his mother, Kimberly Price, who is a co-accused, is still waiting for her trial.
