A man accused of murdering an acquaintance from Tilbury is expected to enter a guilty plea next month.
David Trealout, 35, was charged with first degree murder in the death of 55-year-old Henry Neudorf of Tilbury in January 2024.
In a Chatham courtroom on Monday, Trealout's lawyer said her client will plead guilty on September 12, 2025, in Chatham Superior Court.
Chatham-Kent police previously reported that Neudorf's body was discovered at the side of Townline Road, north of Maple Line in Dover Township on January 12, 2024.
Police said two days later they arrested Trealout, Kimberly Price, 52; and Darin Noland, 61; all from Tilbury, and charged them all with first degree murder.
Price had her trial date set on Monday in Chatham as well. Her Superior Court trial will begin on November 9, 2026, and is expected to last three weeks. She also has more dates in March 2026 to be confirmed.
Noland was already sentenced in March 2025 to time served in jail and two years of probation. Noland also received a lifetime ban on weapons and was ordered to provide a DNA sample.
Noland pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of accessory after the fact to murder in September 2024 after he cooperated with investigators.
Chatham-Kent police previously said all parties were known to each other.
