Warrant arrest
Police located and arrested a 40-year-old Chatham man in Blenheim Friday afternoon. He was arrested on a strength of a warrant and later released on conditions with a future court date.
Liquor licence and control act
Chatham-Kent police located a 21-year-old man on Wallace Street in Wallaceburg early Saturday morning. He was found to be highly intoxicated and unable to care for himself.
He was arrested and held until sober.
Impaired operation/ motor vehicle collision
Police were conducting a property check at a business in the area of Indian Creek Road in Chatham early Saturday.
While checking the area police located a vehicle that appeared to have been in a collision. A 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with operation while impaired.
