Fail to Comply Arrest

A man has been arrested for allegedly violating court conditions.

Chatham-Kent police said they received a call on Sunday afternoon about a disturbance at an address on Harvey Street in Chatham.

There they arrested a 58-year-old man who had been ordered by the court to stay away from Chatham-Kent.

The man was arrested and taken to Chatham-Kent police headquarters where he was held for bail.

Stolen Truck recovered

Chatham-Kent police have recovered a stolen truck that was registered to a Chatham owner.

Police said they were notified about a burnt-out truck that was discovered Sunday night.

The registered owner was from the Baldoon Road area in Chatham.

Police said the owner was not aware the vehicle was taken, adding that it was last seen earlier in the day.

Arrest Warrants

Two people wanted on several charges have been arrested.

Police said a 41-year-old Chatham man was taken into custody after a call about a family issue Sunday night at an address on Sandys Street in Chatham.

Investigators said the man had a warrant for several outstanding weapons charges, including carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm, and weapons dangerous.

The man was arrested and taken to Chatham-Kent police headquarters and held for bail.

Then early Monday morning, a 44-year-old woman was located on St. Clair Street in Chatham.

According to police, she had an outstanding warrant for breaching her probation with London police.

The woman was arrested and turned over to police in London.
