CK Hospice auctioning off Taylor Swift 'The Eras Tour' tickets

The Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation is entering its concert ticket auction fundraising era.

Thanks to some generous donors, the foundation will be holding a three-day online auction next week, selling two tickets to a Taylor Swift 'The Eras Tour' concert in Toronto later this fall.

The bidding starts at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 22 and ends at 10 p.m. on Thursday, October 24.

Past Chair of the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation Randi Bokor Caron made the announcement on CK Mornings with Chris, Allanah & Matt on 94.3 CKSY on Thursday, adding that all of the proceeds from the auction will go to the Chatham-Kent Hospice.

"We have amazing donors across the municipality who support us all the time," said Bokor Caron. "In this particular instance, Ken and Lucy Bokor were the loyal hospice donors who took care of getting these tickets and immediately thought, 'I know the right thing to do with this'."

The concert is on Saturday, November 16 in Toronto and a release from the CK Hospice Foundation said the tickets are in the TD Summit Suite with access to an exclusive in-suite bathroom and bar.

"We are thrilled," said Bokor Caron. "I think anyone who is a Swiftie knows that it is impossible to get Eras tickets."

You can find the online auction platform where the tickets will be sold by clicking here: www.chathamkenthospice.com/taylorswift

The tickets are estimated to be valued at $2,000 each, but some resale prices online are upwards of $4,000 each for similar tickets.
