Crash in Dutton-Dunwich kills person from Chatham

A crash in the Municipality of Dutton-Dunwich has claimed the life of a 72-year-old from Chatham.

It happened near Wallacetown on Saturday, involving a vehicle towing a trailer and another vehicle.

One of the drivers was taken to hospital by EMS to a nearby hospital but latter passed away. OPP did not specify which vehicle they were driving.

The driver of the other vehicle, along with two passengers, were assessed by EMS but did not suffer any injuries.

No charges have been laid as the collision is still under investigation.
